How do I book?

The preferred method is by booking online or telephoning us.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

How much does it cost?

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable and crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 8 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6 pm onwards.

Do you hire overnight?

This can be arranged, please contact us.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by card or cash. We only accept cheque payments from schools or charities.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

What if it rains?

All of our outdoor inflatable castles have sewn-in rain covers. Inflatables should not be used in heavy rain for safety reasons.

Windy weather

Please switch off inflatables in strong wind.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

Bouncy castles can only be used on flat ground or slight slope. Please ask if you are unsure.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. If you do not have an electricity supply, we can provide a generator or petrol fan at extra cost. Please let us know at the time of booking. You will need to provide 1 form of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Supervision

All inflatables require adult supervision at all times. Inflatables must not be moved without permission.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes, some of our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14. Adult castles are suitable for all ages.

Ground suitability

We reserve the right to refuse hire if we deem conditions or area are unsuitable for inflatable use.

Damage

The hirer is responsible for any damage not deemed accidental. We must be notified and inflatables must be switched off immediately if damage has occured.

Inflatable capacity

The recommened persons capacity must not be excedded for the inflatable. For childrens size inflatables, it is recommend no more than 6 users at any time. For adult size inflatables, it is recommend no more than 8 users at any time.
